New Installations

We install new residential and light commercial  heating equipment. Ask us for details regarding current rebates and Mass Save eligibility on select new installs. Your home is unique. We do not sell “boxes” but rather a custom designed air conditioning and heating system. This is why you will rarely get a price over the phone for a new heating or air conditioning system by All Phases Mechanical. What you WILL get is a fair and prompt estimate, usually in your hand before we leave your home. This gives you the actionable intelligence you need to make the right choice for you and your family.

Service

We service and repair all the equipment we sell and install. We welcome new service and install customers. This includes residential and light commercial A/C and heating equipment. We provide preventive maintenance on residential and light commercial A/C and heating equipment including roof top units (RTU’s). Although we are a company driven by our sales and installation business, we also offer maintenance agreements to provide regular inspections of your equipment with minor cleaning, preventative maintenance (PM) and adjustments included to help maintain optimum performance.
